It’s always a great joy to look at kids being kids – curious, creative and cute. But for kids to remain like this we as parents need to ensure that they are getting the right nutrition needed at the growing stage. As parents you need to ensure that kids are eating healthy food for proper growth and development.
Amongst the list of healthy foods, there are also nutritional beverages that kids can consume on a daily basis. Some of these are:

If you child is fussy to eat fruits/vegetables, you may give them homemade juices are tasty and a good way to provide kids vitamins and minerals. Provide kids with freshly squeezed juices of apple, carrot, orange, spinach, or strawberries. Do not strain the juices to retain their fibre and avoid adding extra sugar to these juices as they already have natural sugars and please note that although juices are healthy, their intake should be limited.
