  • Zinc-

Oysters have the most amount of zinc. Other foods are meats, fishes and dairy products.

  • Iron-

Leafy vegetables like spinach are known as the best source of iron. It is also found in fortified cereals and breads.

  • Iodine-

Seaweed, Salt, Seafood and enriched grains have a good amount of Iodine.

  • Choline-

Meat, dairy, and eggs are known sources of choline, but  many vegetables and other foods.

  • Vitamin D-

It is commonly found in sunlight. Other foods include fortified milk, fatty fish, or fish liver oil.

  • Vitamin B6-

Liver and other organ meats, fishes and potatoes are known to be good sources of vitamin B6.

  • Vitamin B12-

It is found in meat, fish, eggs and dairy.

  • Long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids-

They are found in fatty fish, fish oil and other fortified foods.
