Diwali With Complan – Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE #DiwaliWithComplan CONTEST (“CONTEST”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• Complan invites children to participate in the #DiwaliWithComplan contest, where they can showcase their creativity through drawings, paintings, or digital designs that capture the essence of Diwali. Participants can use any medium they like—whether traditional or digital art tools. Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality, and the top entries will be featured on Complan’s social media channels and win exciting gifts from Complan.

• Contest Overview:

1. The contest is open to children under 16 years of age.
2. Participants can submit entries in the form of drawings, paintings, or digital designs.
3. Entries must be posted on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #DiwaliWithComplan.
4. Participants must tag Complan India on Instagram [@Complan_India] or Facebook [@ComplanIndia].

• Submission Guidelines:

1. Each participant may submit only one entry.
2. All entries must be submitted within the contest period, which will be announced on Complan’s social
3. media platforms.
4. Entries should depict creative interpretations of Diwali.
5. Any content deemed inappropriate or unrelated to the theme will be disqualified.

• Prizes:

1. The top 3 winners will receive the prizes – (1 main winner and 2 runner ups)
2. The main winners artwork will be featured in Complan’s official Diwali post on Instagram and Facebook.
3. Gratification Prizes –

• Winner 1 along with their post being featured as the main Diwali Wish Post on Complans page will also get a Gear Cycle.
• Winner 2 will get a Gift Tablet
• Winner 3 will get Skating Gear

• Ownership and Use of Content:
• All content submitted by participants will become the sole property of Complan, and Complan reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the submitted artwork for promotional purposes without compensation to participants.

• Eligibility:

1. The contest is open only to residents of India.
2. Entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of the participant if the child is below 13 years of age.

• Evaluation Matrix:

1. Winners will be selected based on their creativity.
2. Three winners will be recognized for the most creative entry, whether created through 1. hand-drawing, 2. Digital, and 3. other medium. (3 winners overall, but one from each method)

• Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via direct messages on Instagram or Facebook. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.

• General Terms: Complan reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

1. Decisions regarding the winners are final and binding.
2. Any queries related to the contest will only be entertained until one week after the announcement of winners.

Entry Guidelines

• The Contest shall run from 9th October 2024 to 25th October 2024 (both days included), unless extended or revoked without prior notice and without liability by Complan, at its sole discretion.
• By submitting any photos, drawings, or any other content or information for entering this Contest (the “Materials”) to Complan, You represent and warrant that the Materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy, or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and that You have full and unrestricted right to transfer the Materials to Complan free and clear of any claims or encumbrances. You agree and acknowledge that You shall not claim any right, title, or interest, in the present or in the future, on the Materials submitted to Complan for entering the Contest.
• The winners of the #DiwaliWithComplan Contest will be decided as follows:

1. Participants whose artwork (painting, drawing, or digital design) captures the essence of Diwali creatively and adheres to the contest guidelines will be considered.
2. The most creative and well-executed designs will win Complan hampers, and their entries will be featured on Complan India’s official social media platforms.
3. In the event where the number of eligible entries exceeds the planned number of winners, Complan reserves the right to select the first set of entries or increase the number of winners at its sole discretion.

• Winners of the contest will forfeit their Prize and be disqualified if:

1. It is found that their submissions are plagiarised or violate the submission guidelines.
2. It is found that dishonest means were used to influence the contest results in any manner.

• Participants in the Contest who post any content that, in Complan’s sole discretion, includes sensitive or inappropriate subject matter (such as political comments, or competitor branding) will be disqualified from the contest and will not be eligible for any Prizes.
